This is a photo of where a water pipeline crosses under Westside Road at Valley of the Sun
The red line in this photo shows where the water pipeline would run under Westside Road at Valley of the Sun. There is already a pipeline started to be built under Westside Road.

Winter 2007-2008

This boring hole with water pipe under Westside Road is Mr Kubas (developer at the front of Valley of the Sun) water system.

This picture was taken of Westside Road looking south towards Westbank. The boring hole starts on the right side of this picture and at this point (Jan 24, 2008) the hole has not breached the other side of Westside Road on the left side of this picture. You can see the orange paint markings in the snow. There are more orange paint markings on the other side (Okanagan Lake side) of Westside Road going down the bank towards Okanagan Lake.

These orange markings were painted on Westside Road at Valley of the Sun.

This excavation machine was parked behind the bulletin board and mailboxes at Valley of the Sun and across the road from the bulletin board was the big truck with trailer to haul the machinery.

This picture is of behind the mailboxes and the newspaper box at Valley of the Sun where there use to be bushes down in the gulley there and now there is a boring hole with a water pipeline installed.

This portion of the water pipe was finished being installed approx. Feb 2008.
