NORTH WESTSIDE ROAD RESIDENTS NETWORK

For residents who DO or DO NOT belong

to an Association or Society,

but for residents who want to represent themselves

as a network of individual responsible residents

with one common interest

No membership dues, just donations to cover costs, as this is not a Society or an Association. This North Westside Road Residents Network is just local residents with the same common interest.

Instead you will have to sign up as a member each time there is a new issue that you would like to be a member of and respond to. In this way nobody has to agree with everyone else in a Society or Association if they don't want to. You sign up by sending in your correspondence.

MISSION STATEMENT AND COMMON GOALS

1. To support the welfare of the local community as individuals.

2. For individual residents who want to represent and express themselves regarding one common interest they may hold together as one.

3. Moving forward in developing our communities with environmental sustainability as the major theme.

4. Helping to resolve differences between local government, local societies and associations, and residents who do or don't belong to a society or an association.

5. Fostering communication between local societies and associations, local Government, and individual residents who do or do not belong to a local society or association.

6. Encourage local government to be accountable to all residents, and not just a select few.

For any resident of the local area, even if they do already belong to a local society or association, as not everyone will always agree.

If you would like to belong to this network for any one issue, please fill out this form for each issue you would like to have your vote counted on, and let us know your name, address, and phone number along with the issue, your vote, and comments. Or print the form out and mail it by Canada Post to the address at this link.

For each response you want to represent yourself to, you will have to either fill out this form and make a donation, or you can send us two copies of your comments by Canada Post mail and not make a donation. Donations are to cover expenses of printing two copies of the form you filled out. One copy will be sent to the Regional District, and the other copy will be kept for local records and published on the internet (unless otherwise stated) without divulging who the response came from. Copies are not free and that is why donations will be needed. Each response is expected to cost approx. $1.00. You can mail your donation by Canada Post to the address at this link, or mail by Canada Post, your response to the address at this link.

Just say what you mean, and mean what you say regarding these issues as there are no yes and no questions. Just write down the issue # and say whatever you wish. Either send 2 copies by Canada Post to this address or fill out this form and send a $1.00 donation to this address to cover cost of printing 2 copies and mailing them in to RDCO.
