Employers can either snail mail us your employment application form or fill out the form below and help design your own free web page that includes an employment application form on it.  Potential employees and/or contractors can fill the form the employer helps design and applicants email to you their employment application information through this form. For each applicant hired through this application form it costs the employer $10.00 including the G.S.T.  We can post that the jobs you have are filled and keep the form up on the web for years if you would like.

Its free for potential employees to submit their employment application to you.  As well potential employees have the option to pay $5.00-$10.00 or more (depending on how many areas they choose) to submit their application to all relevant employers in one or more areas all at once instead of one employer at a time for free.  You can choose if you wish to have the applications that are emailed to all employers at once, emailed to you too for the same deal... $10.00 per hired employee from the application form.

You do not need a website as okanaganlakebc.com will host your application form for you for free.  You do not need an email address.  For an extra price of $2.50 per application we can print out the application emails we receive and then fax the applications to you.

We will advertise okanaganlakebc.com's employment section on Kijijji, Castanet, Google, newspapers, and as many places as we can find.

Employers help to design the employment form by filling out the fields below with questions you want to ask potential employees.  We then take the information you submit to us and we design your single web page with your employment application form on it.  We then load it onto okanaganlakebc.com's website in the job section.  Here is one working application form as an example that actually works which you can try, and it will email you back with the questions asked as well as the answers you input into the form.

We will email you when we have your form finished and loaded onto the web.  You can then have a look and test your form to make sure everything is working and its to your satisfaction.  If everything is working, and you like it, then you send us back a reply email saying your application form is approved to start using, or you can ask for more changes before approving it.

All changes are free but if you are constantly asking for changes after you approve your web page and its loaded onto the web, we will have to charge something extra, but we will let you know, discuss and get approval from you before we start charging you anything extra for too many changes.  Cost will vary depending on if its a whole page change or just one form field, but cost will just be a small token, and no more than $10.00 for a whole page change.

The employment application form can be designed any way you wish.  You make up the questions you wish to ask plus you can write anything about your company to put on the web page as well.  Or you can customize a pre-made application form like the example.

The employment/contract application form's design and hosting is free, but it will cost you $10.00 for each applicant you hire using information from the application form submissions you receive by email from these applicants.

Okanaganlakebc.com will bill you each 3 or 6 months depending on your situation, as we don't want to bill you for just $10.00 unless that is all the employees you will need to hire in a year, as all billing will have to be paid up to date once per year at year end.  The bill will come with a list of employees/contractors (applicants) that applied for employment with your company through your web page employment application form and/or through the form that emails all relevant employers in a given area, if you so choose this option.  When you receive the bill with all the applicants names, you will need to check off which applicants you actually hired, and pay okanaganlakebc.com accordingly.  This system will be based on the honour system where the employer needs to be honest and let okanaganlakebc.com know who was hired.  We are willing to take a chance that you will be honest with the billing, because we are sure that most employers will be.

You may want to give this a try, as it costs you nothing if you don't hire anyone.  You have nothing to loose and only employees to gain if this works.  It may even help you to cut down on the cost of your advertising in newspapers.
